Brief & Objective
To transform Planet Group’s website into a world-class, user-friendly, and highly responsive platform, comparable to leading corporate websites like JP Morgan and McKinsey.
The previous website was poorly designed, non-responsive, and lacked essential information about the companies within its portfolio. My goal was to create a modern, visually appealing, and functional website that effectively communicates the company’s mission, values, and industry sectors, while enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.

Research Methodology:
- Competitive Analysis: Studied top-tier corporate websites such as JP Morgan and McKinsey to understand their design principles, content structure, and user engagement strategies.
- User Surveys: Conducted surveys with corporate visitors and potential investors to gather insights on their expectations and pain points.
- Stakeholder Interviews: Held interviews with key stakeholders at Planet Group to understand their vision, goals, and requirements for the new website.

- UI Concerns: The need for a responsive design and a user-friendly interface was evident, as users expected a seamless experience across all devices. Participants emphasized the importance of a clear visual hierarchy, intuitive layout, and interactive elements to enhance engagement, and they valued the availability of downloadable content for convenience.
Design Process
Wireframing & Prototyping:
- Created wireframes for the main pages, ensuring a logical flow of information and intuitive navigation.
- Developed interactive prototypes using Figma to simulate user interactions and gather feedback.
UI Design:
- Implemented a modern, clean design with a professional aesthetic, incorporating the brand’s colours and typography.
- Ensured the design was fully responsive, providing an optimal experience on desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
UX Design:
- Focused on simplifying the navigation structure to enhance usability.
- Included interactive elements such as dropdown menus and hover effects to improve user engagement.
- Designed comprehensive sector pages and investment portfolio sections to provide in-depth information.
