I initiated and led brainstorming sessions with our team to gather insights and ideas on how best to convey the technical and operational strengths of our corrosion management services. These discussions helped shape the core concept of the video, focusing on clarity, technical accuracy, and audience engagement.
Scriptwriting & Storyboarding
I was responsible for writing the script, ensuring that it was technically sound while remaining accessible to a broad audience. The script was crafted to convey complex information in a straightforward manner. Simultaneously, I developed a storyboard to visually outline the video, guiding the animation and production teams through each scene.
Collaboration
Throughout the project, I worked closely with various stakeholders, including upper management, to refine the script and storyboard. This collaboration was essential in aligning the video content with our company’s goals and ensuring that it met the expectations of all parties involved.
Voiceover Selection & Music
I led the selection process for the voiceover artist, aiming to find a voice that would resonate with our target audience and convey authority and professionalism. Additionally, I oversaw the choice of background music, ensuring that it complemented the whiteboard animation style and maintained a professional tone.

During the production phase, I coordinated the efforts of the animation and editing teams to bring the project to life.
Animation Style
We selected a Whiteboard Scribbling animation style for its ability to simplify complex concepts and maintain viewer engagement. I guided the animation team to ensure that each illustration accurately reflected the script and added value to the overall narrative.
Editing & Finalization
In the final stages, I oversaw the editing process, ensuring that the animation, voiceover, and background music were seamlessly integrated. This attention to detail was crucial in producing a polished and professional final product.
